Who We Are ?
We are a couple brought together by a shared passion for gastronomy — and it all started in the kitchen of a Michelin-starred restaurant.
My partner began his journey with a technological baccalaureate in hospitality and culinary arts, followed by a BTS (advanced diploma). He honed his skills through seasonal work and built his experience in renowned kitchens, including several Michelin-starred establishments. Over time, he rose to the position of head chef, leading teams with both precision and creativity.
As for me, I specialized early on in pastry, earning a vocational baccalaureate with a distinction in plated desserts. After working in Michelin-starred restaurants and gaining experience through seasonal roles, I transitioned to boutique pastry, where I found joy in creating refined, elegant sweets for everyday enjoyment.
We met during our first season in a Michelin-starred restaurant — a shared beginning that shaped both our relationship and our vision of food.
Together, we bring two complementary worlds: he brings structure, technique, and bold savory flavors, while I focus on finesse, texture, and the delicate balance of pastry. What unites us is the same desire: to craft food that’s sincere, seasonal, and made with care — whether it’s a fresh-baked croissant or a custom celebration cake.
Opening our own bakery-pastry shop has always been a dream. Today, we’re excited to share our culinary universe with you — where every bite tells a part of our story.
